Should you decide to request a quote for a project, please send an email to info@spavg.com and let me know what you are looking for. Remember that the more detail you can provide to me, the better I will be able to deliver exactly what you want. You are free to leave the details up to me if you wish, but that could result in me taking the look in a direction you didn't want. Again, though, I leave that choice up to you.
Once you have decided to hire me, I will send you a written estimate for the charges. This written estimate will not change unless you later request something significant that was not in the original quote, so be sure that the written estimate contains a list of all the specifics you require for your project. Be advised that any additional requests you make could incur additional charges, though I would not do any of the additional work until I get agreement from you on the change in estimated price. Please note that I do absolutely NO work for ANYONE until a minimum of 50% of the estimated price has been paid. It's nothing personal, mind you, but I've been burned too many times to compromise on that.

MOST IMPORTANT: I have a full-time job other than this work, and find myself regularly overloaded with project requests (I guess that means my prices are still really low in comparison to most...), so I cannot promise you a delivery date, nor can I be kept to any rigid schedule. I will try with all my might to expedite your project, but simply cannot be held to any sort of deadline. More often than not, I would let you down on that anyway, and am not willing to accept liability for the delays. So be advised that, though I will do everything I can to finish your project within a reasonable amount of time, I just can't be held responsible if I'm not able to. Without getting too much into what I do other than this work, suffice it to say that it frequently takes me far away from home.
Once I have completed a 'sketch' of the project (or first draft of whatever it is you want me to do), I'll send a preview of it to you for your approval. Should you elect to send it back requesting changes to it, you may do so twice free of charge. Any additional changes requested beyond the first two requests may incur additional charges. That means that, when you want to make changes, request all the changes you want in ONE email, that way you only use up one of the two free revisions I provide. If you request a single change, then I start working on that change and you contact me a second time to request another change elsewhere, that will count as your second revision, and you will be charged for your third and beyond. So, when you receive the sketch, please take the time to review it carefully and make sure it's exactly what you want, and if it is not what you want, list every single change you want me to make (being as detailed as possible), and send that to me all at once.
Once I finish the project (make the changes you request and create the final file), I will send you a preview of the file for your final approval. At this stage, it's harder to make changes, so I would appreciate if you could get your revision requests out of the way during the sketch phase, but I am still willing to change it as long as you either have unused revisions left, or are willing to pay for additional revisions. When I get final approval from you, I require 100% of all remaining balances to be paid off before you receive delivery of the final product. Absolutely no exceptions. Again, that's nothing personal. Just business.
Please be aware of the Terms of Service and Implied Contract of Obligation, which can be reviewed on this website. Should you require it, I can provide you with a written copy of this document. All customers of SP-AVG shall be held to the terms outlined therein, and no exceptions will be made. Thanks!
